Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Personal Health Integration accesses, uses, stores, and handles Google user data.

Data accessed

The app may access health and fitness information made available through Google Health APIs, including activity and fitness data, health measurements, and sleep data, depending on the permissions granted by the user.

How data is used

Google user data is used solely to provide personal health tracking, aggregation, statistics, and reporting for the account owner. Data is not used for advertising, profiling for third-party marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Storage

Selected summarized data may be stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by the user. OAuth client secrets and refresh tokens are stored in Google Apps Script Properties. The public website does not store health data.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed only by Google services used to run this personal automation, such as Google Health APIs, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets.

Retention and deletion

The user controls the Google Sheet and related Google resources and may delete stored summaries at any time. The user may also revoke the app's Google account permissions at any time through Google Account settings.

Security

The app follows a minimum-permission approach and requests read-only Google Health scopes. Secrets and tokens are not intentionally published in the public site or spreadsheet.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the app's data access or processing changes. The latest version will remain available on this site.
