Personal Health Integration

Personal Health Integration is a private, personal-use health data automation project. It reads the owner's health data through Google Health APIs and organizes selected metrics into a private Google Sheet for personal tracking and periodic summaries.

What the app does

• Reads activity and fitness data such as steps, distance, exercise, and energy expenditure.
• Reads health measurements such as weight and related metrics when available.
• Reads sleep data when available.
• Creates daily, weekly, and monthly summaries for the owner.

Data use

The app is used only by its owner. Google user data is used only to provide the personal health tracking and reporting functions described above. The app does not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

Access model

The app requests read-only Google Health permissions. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in Google Apps Script Properties, not in the public website or spreadsheet.
